Refund Policy

Epic Events do not provide refunds.

Should Epic Events have to cancel an event, the customer will receive a full refund.

If an event cannot go ahead due to poor weather conditions. The customer will be provided with an alternative new date.

Notification of a cancellation will be announced on the website and social media. It is the customers responsibility to check that the event they have paid for is still going ahead.
